Summary of the Project

Knockhall is a Community Primary School for boys and girls between the ages of five and eleven years and is located in the historic riverside town of Greenhithe.
Knockhall Primary School required a new classroom extension to be constructed within a tight time scale and choose an Offsite Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) modular building system due to the speed and efficiency assured with modular offsite construction.
A tough, durable external render system was required to compliment the new classroom block and Jubizol S Render Systems was chosen which include through colour and crack resistant acrylic renders.
The highly flexible Jubizol S system is also able to span large wall areas to create monolithic rendered facades without movement joints and has a high resistance to weathering and is also water repellent.
Once the building was delivered to site it was quickly erected and the Jubizol S flexible acrylic render system was applied by a JUB approved installer.
The Jubizol acrylic render is pre-mixed and is available in 400 different colours.
