Summary of the Project
Huddersfield University is a job comprising of the installation of External Wall Insulation, Rainscreen Cladding panels and Cedar Cladding. The project was run by HBG Construction.
The University’s new £15 million state-of-the-art Creative Arts Building was designed to minimise environmental impact and maximise sustainability. Natural sustainable materials have been used throughout including cedar boarding with timber from certified sources.
The value of the contract for ECL was £245,000 and was completed in approximately 26 weeks.
