DERBY CITY COUNCIL STRATEGIC PARTNERING AGREEMENT
Following the successful delivery of a previous framework contract for Derby City Council, we have been chosen as a partner to deliver the refurbishment of existing and new build construction of all non-housing projects over a five year period. This will initially involve education sector works.
FIVE-YEAR HOUSING REFURBISHMENT IN ROTHERHAM
We are currently working as one of four partners to deliver the £272m Decent Homes refurbishment programme for 2010 Rotherham Limited, a company formed by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to manage the town’s council housing stock. Approximately 22,500 houses in the area are being fitted with new kitchens, bathrooms, central heating, electrical rewires and external repairs over the 2006-2010 period.
